review ; cIATE paint POTS - 13 Dangerous Affair-

Ciate Paint Pots Dangerous Affair is a long lasting full coverage nail enamel Rouge noir - a true classic colour.

this colour was a bargain freebie with marie claire magazine, (you can still buy it from Ciate for £9.50) and i must say its one of my faverite reds (especially if you conbine it with opi black shatter, nom nom.)

The texture is amazing, perfectly smooth opaque finish with 3 coats. (of course i'm lazy and usually only shove one coat on, but it glides on perfectly)

REVIEW; So Smooth No7 -Base Coat-

so its official, i love nail polish, however i realise ive never done a base coat review, so here we have it , my review for my fave base coat, by no7 (boots). At £5.97 instore price . (£9.99 online :O ) it is quite dear for a technically unbranded polish (its boot's own adult range). however it is one of the best i own. As an added bonus it is quite a pretty pastal pink if you apply a few coats of it on its own.

Other Reviews;

'Makes a lovely smooth base for nail colours, fills in any ridges in the nails and even out the colour. I just put one thin coat on before applying nail colour - allowing it to dry before painting colour on top.'

'Gives a very smooth finish. nice to use'

REVIEW; OPI -dating a royal- nailpolish

Opi , dating a royal, is from the royal wedding range. I bought this in the asos sale for £7.20 and i must say that it has become my Favourite blue. Its A little bit brighter than a navy blue but it just looks so perfect on the nails

It's easy application, not messy and goes on very smooth. I found that two coats were all that were needed, and because its a thinner shade, it drys a lot quicker than some opi.

|Other peoples reviews;

'I love this color. It's the only blue I own, I got it after seeing a girl on youtube wearing it. It's a perfect royal blue. It looks great with short nails. I would def repurchase!'

'Nice shade of true blue - goes very nicely with dark wash jeans. Funky but not too young girl looking. I also own you gotta get this blue (more navy than this) and ski teal you drop (more green). All nice colors.'

REVIEW; Stranger tides- Nailpolish; by OPI-

''Stranger Tides - a truly wonderfully quirky murky green. Tis the colour of a rocky sea!''

I picked this up for £6.99 from a beauty store on eBay, and i think this is fastly becoming my faverite polish i own. To start off with. The colour is truly indescribably. Its kinda a greeny matt tip-ex colour. Its amazing.

The colour, you have to apply thickly, so it takes a long time to dry. Mine wasn't fully dry for at least half an hour after applying. However its mosst definatly worth it.

Review; Models own Nail Polish -Bronze Rage-

Bronze rage, is in my opinion a nice shiny, summery bronze shade. I picked it up on the asos sale for £2.60, as i haven't got a bronze shade. Plus i thought it would compliment my tan.

I applyed it over a no7 base coat. And the second i started to apply it , thats when the problems occured, Lets be honest, you always get that one pretty shade, that no matter how neatly you apply it, will go on patchy and blobby. And that is this shade. This polish is an avarage of £5 a bottle though, so its on the more cheaper side of the polish spetrum. I think it would look gorgeous if applied thickly.
